1. Place your cursor where you want the photo to go in the entry and click on the “Insert photo” button in the toolbar.

2. The insert asset screen will now appear. Instead of uploading a photo, select the photo you would like to insert into the entry from the list of assets shown on the screen.

3. If you don’t see the image, you can search for it (title and description are searchable fields) or browse through the assets using the arrows on the bottom of the screen. If you click on an asset name, a preview will appear on the right side of the screen.

4. Once you have found the photo you would like to insert, click on the blue “Insert” button. A new screen will appear that will allow you to insert a new caption, credit, size and alignment. If you leave caption or credit blank, the original that was uploaded into MT when the photo was created will be used.
