It's called "visibility." Campaign staff and volunteers place themselves — giant signs in hand — wherever high numbers of people pass by. The Clinton campaign spent Wednesday morning at the west end of the Burnside Bridge. They waved, they yelled, they jumped up and down — seemingly happier than most at 7:30 in the morning. They assured The Oregonian that it was not an over indulgence of coffee that fueled their energy, just an enthusiasm to get Hillary Clinton into office.
