came to Oregon last weekend to defend his title as the world's top rib man at Chinook Winds' July 13 Smokin' at the
Ocean event. Chestnut stopped by The Oregonian
to answer some questions, explain why he holds all three global pork records and demonstrate his amazing method for jaw-stripping the
meat from a rib in seconds.
